1. Avocado Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 steamed pears

Blend until you get your desired texture and add a teaspoon or less of the yogurt. For older infants, you don’t have to blend. Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Mango

  • Chicken breast
  • Half an avocado
